The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 require that all Gas appliances and associated pipe work that is fitted in rented accommodation are subject to inspection and certification every twelve months. Our engineers are Gas Safe registered Plumbers and Heating Engineers and we can provide the following services and more: –
- Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)
